brandor approached Paychex at the beginning of the Great Resignation with the concept of an onboarding merchandise kit. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect as Paychex was experiencing high turnover rates in the first 90 days of hiring. One of the challenges was the onboarding and brandor/Paychex teams brainstormed on how to enhance the new hire experience on their first day.

How brandor Helped

brandor designed a cohesive kit, which includes a custom box with full color interior and exterior printing containing various merchandise that all new hires will be proud to use in their new role. brandor not only kits and warehouses these boxes, our custom integration with Paychex’s HR system, allows a new hire to receive their box on their first day directly at their doorstep.
